PULMOCEF 500mg Tablets contain Cefuroxime axetil, a potent second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. This oral tablet formulation is designed to provide effective systemic antibiotic therapy with convenient dosing.
Indications:
PULMOCEF Tablets are prescribed for treating:

Respiratory tract infections including bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis, and tonsillitis

Skin and soft tissue infections

Urinary tract infections

Acute otitis media and other susceptible bacterial infections
Dosage and Administration:
Take orally with water, preferably after meals to enhance absorption and reduce gastrointestinal discomfort. The standard dosage is usually twice daily but may be adjusted based on infection severity and patient response. It is important to complete the full prescribed course to prevent resistance development.
Contraindications:
