Aerocort Inhaler 200D

Key Features:

• Combination of Beclomethasone Dipropionate 50 mcg and Levosalbutamol 50 mcg

• Delivers 200 metered doses per inhaler

Uses:

• Relieves symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing

• Beclomethasone reduces airway inflammation

• Levosalbutamol relaxes bronchial muscles to improve airflow

Dosage:

• Typically 1 to 2 inhalations twice daily or as prescribed

• Shake well before use

• Rinse mouth after use to prevent oral thrush

Side Effects:

• Common: hoarseness, sore throat, dry mouth, cough, headache

• Less common: dizziness, nausea, oral thrush, throat irritation

• Rare: fast heart rate, chest pain, allergic reactions

Precautions:

• Not for relief of acute asthma attacks; use a fast-acting bronchodilator instead

• Consult doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, or have heart, liver, or kidney problems

• Avoid alcohol while using this medication

• Use cautiously in children under 12 years
