Description
Coldcap Syrup is a combination medication formulated to relieve symptoms associated with the common cold, flu, and allergies. Each 5 ml dose contains:

Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg): An antihistamine that helps reduce sneezing, runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes.

Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride (10 mg): A decongestant that eases nasal and sinus congestion.

Dosage:

Adults and children 12 years and above: 10–20 ml every 4–6 hours as needed (maximum 120 ml per 24 hours).

Children 6 to 12 years: 5–10 ml every 4–6 hours as needed (maximum 60 ml per 24 hours).

Precautions:

Avoid other paracetamol-containing products to prevent overdose.
