Microgynon Fe SCT 28 Tablets is a combined oral contraceptive designed for effective pregnancy prevention and menstrual cycle regulation. This pack contains 28 tablets, with 21 active tablets containing 30 micrograms of Ethinylestradiol and 150 micrograms of Levonorgestrel, followed by 7 iron-containing (ferrous fumarate) tablets to help prevent iron deficiency during the menstrual cycle.

Microgynon Fe works by preventing ovulation, thickening cervical mucus to block sperm, and altering the uterine lining to reduce the likelihood of implantation. The inclusion of iron tablets supports overall health by replenishing iron lost during menstruation.

Take one tablet daily at the same time each day, following the order on the blister pack. The 7 iron tablets are taken during the placebo phase to maintain iron levels without hormone intake.
