💊 Active Ingredients:

• Saxagliptin (2.5 mg): A DPP-4 inhibitor that increases insulin production in response to meals and decreases glucose production by the liver.

• Metformin hydrochloride (1000 mg): A biguanide that improves insulin sensitivity and reduces glucose production in the liver.

• Surgical Procedures: Discontinue at the time of surgery and resume only after 48 hours, provided renal function is stable.
