Description
CELEX-B 200mg Capsules (50’s) contain Celecoxib, a selective COX-2 inhibitor nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) formulated in capsule form. Manufactured by Beit Jala Pharma, CELEX-B is commonly prescribed to alleviate pain and inflammation associated with various musculoskeletal and inflammatory conditions.
Indications:
CELEX-B Capsules are indicated for:

Osteoarthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis

Ankylosing spondylitis
-
Acute pain, including postoperative pain

Primary dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation)
Dosage and Administration:

Osteoarthritis: 200 mg once daily or 100 mg twice daily.

Rheumatoid arthritis: 100–200 mg twice daily.

Ankylosing spondylitis: 200 mg once daily or 100 mg twice daily.

Acute pain: 400 mg on the first day, followed by 200 mg twice daily as needed.

Dysmenorrhea: 400 mg initially, followed by 200 mg if necessary.
Dosage should be individualized based on patient condition and response to therapy.
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to Celecoxib or other NSAIDs

History of asthma, urticaria, or allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs

Active gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers

Severe hepatic or renal impairment
