ACEFYL Cough Syrup 120 ml is a dual-action syrup designed to provide effective relief from cough and throat irritation. It combines the antitussive and soothing effects of its active ingredients to treat both dry and productive cough associated with colds, flu, allergies, and upper respiratory tract infections.

How It Works
Dextromethorphan helps suppress the cough reflex at the level of the brain, reducing the frequency and intensity of coughing fits. Guaifenesin thins and loosens bronchial secretions, making it easier to cough them up and clear airways.

Dosage & Administration

• Adults & children over 12: 10 ml every 4–6 hours (max 6 doses/day)
• Children 6–12 years: 5 ml every 4–6 hours (max 4 doses/day)
• Always shake well before use. Use the provided dosing cup for accurate measurement.

Safety & Precautions

• Avoid use in children under 6, those with chronic respiratory conditions, asthma, or on MAO inhibitors.
• Not suitable for patients with liver/kidney problems without medical advice.
• May cause mild drowsiness—caution when driving or operating machinery.
