Description
BROXOL Syrup contains Ambroxol Hydrochloride, a mucolytic agent designed to thin and loosen mucus in the respiratory tract. This facilitates easier expectoration, helping to relieve cough and congestion associated with respiratory conditions.
Indications:

Treatment of productive cough in acute and chronic bronchitis

Relief of respiratory illnesses characterized by thick or excessive mucus, including asthma and bronchiectasis

Supportive therapy for pneumonia and other lower respiratory tract infections
Dosage:

Adults and children over 12 years: 10 ml three times daily

Children 6 to 12 years: 5 ml three times daily

Children 2 to 6 years: 2.5 ml three times daily

Children under 2 years: Use only under medical supervision
Side Effects:
May cause mild gastrointestinal upset, nausea, headache, or rare allergic reactions.
Precautions:
Use cautiously in patients with gastric ulcers or known hypersensitivity to Ambroxol. Consult a healthcare provider before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
