COEMPAGEN 12.5/1000mg is a fixed-dose combination tablet containing 12.5 mg Empagliflozin and 1000 mg Metformin Hydrochloride, formulated to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. This combination therapy is designed to improve glycemic control and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with existing heart disease.
Mechanism of Action:
