Indications & Benefits:

Supports treatment of osteoporosis, osteomalacia, rickets, hypocalcaemia, and calcium deficiency

Ideal during pregnancy, lactation, growth phases, aging, post-menopause, or recovery from illness

Provides antioxidant support, boosts immune response, and acts as a systemic alkalizer during acidosis
Dosage & Administration:

Adults and children aged 7 or older: 1 tablet daily

Children aged 3–7 years: ½ tablet daily

Infants: only under medical supervision

Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water before taking
Precautions & Interactions:

Avoid in cases of hypercalcaemia, primary hyperparathyroidism, sarcoidosis, severe renal failure, or vitamin‑D overdose

Calcium supplements may interact with thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, tetracyclines, iron, and levothyroxine—allow 4 hours between doses

Pregnancy and lactation use should be under physician guidance; monitor calcium levels in renal impairment or stone formers
Side Effects:
Generally well tolerated; possible mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, gas, constipation), occasional rash, hypercalciuria, or hypercalcaemia with prolonged high-dose use
