GLYMPA Tablets combine Teneligliptin 10 mg and Metformin 500 mg (extended-release) in a single formulation, designed for the effective management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. This combination therapy helps improve blood sugar control by addressing different mechanisms: Teneligliptin enhances insulin secretion and reduces glucagon levels, while Metformin decreases hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.
