ZOLETRI DSR is a dual-action gastro-resistant capsule combining Rabeprazole Sodium (20 mg) and Domperidone (30 mg sustained release). It is formulated to provide effective relief from acid-related gastrointestinal conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid reflux, gastritis, and functional dyspepsia.

Rabeprazole works by suppressing gastric acid secretion through inhibition of the proton pump in the stomach lining. Domperidone enhances gastric motility and accelerates gastric emptying, providing relief from bloating, nausea, and a sensation of fullness.
