REPLACE-H-28

Replace-H 28 is a combination antihypertensive medication containing Losartan Potassium (an angiotensin II receptor blocker – ARB) and Hydrochlorothiazide (a thiazide diuretic). It is used for the effective management of high blood pressure (hypertension), especially in patients who require dual therapy for optimal control.

Losartan works by relaxing blood vessels, while Hydrochlorothiazide helps eliminate excess fluid and sodium, reducing blood volume and pressure. Together, they provide comprehensive blood pressure control and help reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage.
