DICLOFENAC (DINAC) GEL 50G (T) is a topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) formulated with diclofenac sodium 1% w/w, indicated for the relief of localized pain, inflammation, and swelling in muscles and joints. Active Ingredient:

• Diclofenac Sodium 1% w/w

Indications:

• Muscular aches and stiffness

• Joint pain from osteoarthritis or arthritis

• Sports injuries (sprains, strains, contusions)

• Tendonitis and soft tissue inflammation

• Back and neck pain

• Minor traumatic injuries and repetitive strain

Mechanism of Action:

Diclofenac blocks the activity of cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are involved in the inflammatory response. This action helps decrease pain, swelling, and inflammation when applied directly to the affected area.

Directions for Use:

• Apply a thin layer of DINAC Gel to the painful or swollen area 2–4 times daily

• Massage gently into the skin until absorbed

• Wash hands thoroughly after application (unless treating the hands)

• Do not apply on broken, damaged, or infected skin

Precautions:

• For external use only

• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes

• Do not use under occlusive dressings unless directed

• Avoid use in the third trimester of pregnancy

• Discontinue if rash, irritation, or allergic reaction occurs

• Store in a cool, dry place and keep tube tightly closed
