ACP Tablets (Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg) – Pack of 30

What it is
ACP is a dual-action pain-relief tablet combining:

• Aceclofenac 100 mg: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits COX enzymes to reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling (PMC)

Uses

• Treats mild to moderate pain: backache, muscle strains, dental pain, headaches

• Helpful in fever relief

Dosage

• Commonly 1 tablet twice daily after meals
