ACP‑SP Tablets (100’s) are a combination of:

• Aceclofenac 100 mg – NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting COX enzymes (1mg)
• Paracetamol 500 mg – analgesic and antipyretic that relieves pain and fever (1mg)
• Serratiopeptidase 15 mg – proteolytic enzyme that promotes healing and reduces swelling at inflammation sites (1mg)
