ALCOF Expectorant Syrup – 60 ml

Overview:
Alcof is a combined expectorant and antihistamine syrup used to ease chest congestion, cough, and allergy symptoms like sneezing and a runny nose.

Active Ingredients (per 5 ml):

• Ammonium chloride – helps loosen and clear mucus

• Chlorpheniramine maleate – relieves allergy symptoms

• Sodium citrate – aids in thinning secretions

• Reduces cough and chest congestion

• Relieves nasal allergy symptoms

• Helps clear mucus from the respiratory tract

Usage Guidelines:

• Adults & children 12+: 15–20 ml, 3–4 times daily

• Children 6–12: 5 ml, 3–4 times daily

• Children 2–6: 2.5 ml, 2–4 times daily

• Shake well before use

Storage:

• Store below 30 °C in a dry, shaded place

• Keep out of reach of children

Possible Side Effects:

• May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery after taking
