ALCOF Syrup – 100 ml

Overview:
Alcof is an expectorant and cough-relief syrup formulated to reduce chest congestion and ease cough symptoms. It combines mucus-thinning agents with antihistamine properties, making it effective for both respiratory discomfort and allergy-related symptoms.

Active Ingredients (per 5 ml):

• Ammonium chloride – helps loosen mucus for easier expectoration

• Chlorpheniramine maleate – relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing and runny nose

• Sodium citrate – acts as a mucolytic to thin secretions

Usage Guidelines:

• Adults & children 12 years and older: 15–20 ml, 3–4 times daily

Storage:

• Keep under 30 °C in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
