Alver Tablet combines albendazole 400 mg, an anthelmintic medication, with ivermectin 3 mg to treat a variety of parasitic worm infections. It is commonly used for conditions such as onchocerciasis (river blindness), strongyloidiasis, and other helminthic infections.

Adults ≥15 kg: 200 mcg/kg once daily for 1–2 days.

Children >5 years and ≥15 kg: 200 mcg/kg as a single dose or daily on two consecutive days.
