AMICA TABS 20’S is a combination medication containing:

Tranexamic Acid (500 mg): A synthetic antifibrinolytic agent that helps reduce excessive bleeding by inhibiting the breakdown of fibrin, a protein essential for blood clotting.

Mefenamic Acid (250 mg): A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that alleviates pain and inflammation.
Indications:
AMICA is primarily used to manage heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia) and to relieve pain associated with dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation).
Dosage:

Adults: Take one tablet three times daily during menstruation, or as directed by a healthcare provider.
Side Effects:
