AMLODIPINE (AMAX) 5 MG 30’S is a generic formulation of amlodipine besylate, a calcium channel blocker used to manage hypertension (high blood pressure) and chronic stable angina. Each tablet contains 5 mg of amlodipine.

✅ Indications

• Hypertension: Reduces blood pressure to lower the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney problems.
• Chronic Stable Angina: Relieves chest pain and improves exercise tolerance.

• Adults: The usual starting dose is 5 mg once daily, which may be increased to a maximum of 10 mg daily depending on individual response and tolerability.
