Description
AMOXICLAV (CYTOCLAV) 228.5MG ORAL SUSPENSION – 70ML
This suspension contains 200 mg of amoxicillin and 28.5 mg of clavulanic acid per 5 mL. It is used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial growth and overcoming resistance.
Uses:
Effective against respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, ear infections, and dental infections.
Dosage:
Shake well before use. Administer as prescribed by your healthcare provider, typically two to three times daily. Can be taken with or without food; taking with food may reduce stomach upset.
Precautions:
Avoid use if allergic to penicillin or clavulanic acid. Inform your doctor about liver or kidney problems, pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
Side Effects:
May cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or rash. Seek medical attention for severe allergic reactions or persistent diarrhea.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Refrigerate after reconstitution and keep out of reach of children.
