Description
ARIMIDEX 1MG TABS 28’S contain anastrozole, a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor used in the treatment of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
Indications:

Adjuvant Treatment: Reduces the risk of recurrence in early-stage hormone receptor-positive breast cancer following surgery.

First-Line Treatment: Used as initial therapy for advanced or metastatic hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.

Post-Tamoxifen Therapy: For patients whose disease has progressed after tamoxifen treatment.
Dosage:

Recommended Dose: One 1 mg tablet taken orally once daily.

Administration: Can be taken with or without food.

Side Effects:

Common: Hot flashes, joint pain, weakness, nausea, and fatigue.
