AZARGA EYE DROPS 5ML
Azarga is a fixed-dose ophthalmic suspension combining Brinzolamide 1% and Timolol 0.5% to lower elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension when a single agent is not enough.

Uses:

Open-angle glaucoma with high pressure

Ocular hypertension requiring additional lowering

Step-up therapy after inadequate response to single drug
Dosage:

One drop in affected eye(s) twice daily

Shake vigorously before each use
-
Close eye and gently press inner corner (nasolacrimal occlusion) 1 minute to reduce systemic absorption
Precautions:

Remove soft contact lenses; wait 15 minutes before reinserting

Do not use if history of asthma, severe COPD, marked bradycardia, heart block, or overt heart failure (beta-blocker risk)

Use caution in sulfonamide allergy (brinzolamide related)

Tell doctor about systemic beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, or other glaucoma meds

Avoid touching dropper tip to any surface

Blurred vision, eye irritation, burning, or discomfort

Bitter taste after instillation

Dry eyes or redness

Rare systemic effects: slow heart rate, low blood pressure, shortness of breath, fatigue
Storage:
