Description
BRONKOF Syrup contains Bromhexine Hydrochloride, a mucolytic agent that helps break down and thin mucus in the respiratory tract. It is used to relieve productive cough and improve breathing in conditions where mucus build-up causes discomfort.
Indications:

Treatment of productive cough associated with respiratory conditions such as bronchitis, tracheobronchitis, bronchiectasis, and chronic inflammatory pulmonary diseases.

Helps clear mucus in cases of bronchitis with emphysema and bronchospasm.
Dosage:

Adults and children over 12 years: 10 ml three times daily

Children 6 to 12 years: 5 ml three times daily

Children 2 to 6 years: 2.5 ml three times daily
