Description
BROXOL Syrup contains Ambroxol Hydrochloride, a mucolytic agent that helps to thin and loosen mucus in the airways, promoting easier clearance and relief from cough associated with respiratory conditions.
Indications:

Management of productive cough in acute and chronic bronchitis

Relief of respiratory diseases characterized by thick or excessive mucus, such as asthma and bronchiectasis

Supportive treatment in pneumonia and other lower respiratory tract infections
Dosage:

Adults and children over 12 years: 10 ml three times daily

Children 6 to 12 years: 5 ml three times daily

Children 2 to 6 years: 2.5 ml three times daily

Children under 2 years: Use only under medical supervision
Side Effects:
May cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, headache, or allergic reactions rarely.
