Description
ZOCEF 125mg/5ml Syrup (70ML) is a pediatric oral suspension containing Cefuroxime axetil, a second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. Each 5 ml of the reconstituted syrup delivers 125 mg of Cefuroxime, providing effective treatment against a broad spectrum of gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial infections.
Indications:
ZOCEF 125mg/5ml Syrup is indicated for the treatment of:

Upper respiratory tract infections (such as tonsillitis, pharyngitis, and sinusitis)

Lower respiratory tract infections (bronchitis, mild pneumonia)

Otitis media (middle ear infection)

Skin and soft tissue infections

Dosage and Administration:
The dosage is typically weight-based and prescribed by a pediatrician. Shake the bottle well before each use. The suspension should be taken after meals to enhance absorption. Complete the full course even if symptoms improve early.
