C-LEX DS Cephalexin Oral Suspension (100ml)
Active Ingredient: Cephalexin Monohydrate
Class: First-generation cephalosporin antibiotic
Indications
C-LEX DS is used for treating bacterial infections including:

Upper respiratory tract infections (e.g., tonsillitis, pharyngitis)

Otitis media (middle ear infections)

Skin and soft tissue infections

Bone and joint infections
-
Urinary tract infections (e.g., cystitis, prostatitis)

Dental infections
Dosage and Administration

Adults: Usually 250 mg to 500 mg every 6 hours. For some infections, 500 mg every 12 hours may be given. Severe infections may require up to 3–6 g daily.

Children: Dosage ranges between 25–100 mg/kg/day divided into doses, not exceeding 4 g daily.
