Indications
RIVALEXIN Suspension is indicated for bacterial infections such as:

Upper respiratory tract infections (e.g., tonsillitis, pharyngitis)

Dosage and Administration

Children: Typically dosed at 25–100 mg/kg/day divided into doses every 6 to 12 hours, not exceeding 4 grams daily.

Adults: Usually 250 mg to 500 mg every 6 hours depending on infection severity.
Shake well before each use. Administer after meals to reduce stomach upset. Follow your healthcare provider’s instructions.
