Clarinase Repetabs is a combination medication used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis and the common cold, including nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes. Each tablet contains 5 mg of loratadine, an antihistamine that blocks histamine effects, and 120 mg of pseudoephedrine sulfate, a decongestant that reduces nasal swelling.

Usage Instructions:
Take one tablet every 12 hours as directed by a healthcare professional. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. It can be taken with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and do not store in bathrooms.
Precautions:
Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, diabetes, or prostate issues. Avoid if taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping them. Use caution if elderly or with liver/kidney impairment. This medication may cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Limit use to 10 days unless advised otherwise.
Possible Side Effects:
Headache, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, and insomnia. Seek immediate medical attention if severe allergic reactions occur, such as rash, swelling, difficulty breathing, or severe dizziness.
