Description
Clotrine Mouth Paint contains Clotrimazole, a broad-spectrum antifungal agent used for the treatment of oral fungal infections such as oral thrush (oral candidiasis). It works by disrupting the fungal cell membrane, effectively eliminating the infection and relieving associated symptoms like soreness, redness, and white patches.
Indications:
Used to treat oral candidiasis and other fungal infections of the mouth and throat caused by Candida species.
Dosage and Administration:
Apply the mouth paint directly to the affected areas using a clean applicator or fingertip, 3–5 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not rinse the mouth immediately after application to allow proper absorption.
Precautions:
For oral use only. Avoid swallowing large amounts. Not recommended for use in children unless prescribed. Consult a doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
Side Effects:
May cause mild burning, irritation, or altered taste. Rarely, allergic reactions may occur. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if severe side effects develop.
