Description
EVRA Patch 3’s is a transdermal contraceptive patch designed to provide effective, convenient, and discreet hormonal birth control for women. Each patch contains a combination of Norelgestromin (6 mg) and Ethinylestradiol (0.6 mg), which are steadily released through the skin into the bloodstream over a 7-day period.
EVRA works by inhibiting ovulation, thickening cervical mucus, and altering the endometrial lining, effectively preventing pregnancy when used correctly. A single patch is worn for one week and replaced weekly for three consecutive weeks, followed by a patch-free week.
The patch is thin, flexible, and beige-colored, designed to adhere securely to clean, dry skin on areas such as the buttocks, abdomen, upper outer arm, or upper torso (excluding the breasts). EVRA offers a reliable alternative to daily oral contraceptives, enhancing compliance and reducing the risk of missed doses.
Directions for Use: Apply one patch to a recommended area on Day 1 of your cycle. Replace with a new patch every 7 days for three weeks. No patch is worn during Week 4.
Storage: Store below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply to irritated or broken skin.
