Glentel AMH 80mg is a combination medication used to effectively manage hypertension (high blood pressure). It contains three active ingredients:

• Telmisartan (80mg) – An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels to lower blood pressure and reduce strain on the heart.

• Amlodipine (5mg) – A calcium channel blocker that widens blood vessels, improving blood flow and reducing blood pressure.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg) – A thiazide diuretic that helps eliminate excess fluid through increased urine production, further aiding blood pressure control.
