Ketoconazole (Ketoziral) 200mg Tablets 30’s are systemic antifungal tablets used to treat a range of severe or resistant fungal infections that cannot be effectively managed with topical therapies. Each tablet contains 200mg of Ketoconazole, a broad-spectrum antifungal agent that works by blocking ergosterol synthesis—essential for fungal cell membrane integrity—thereby stopping fungal growth.
Ketoziral is indicated for the treatment of systemic mycoses, including candidiasis, histoplasmosis, blastomycosis, and chronic dermatophyte infections. It may also be prescribed in cases of severe seborrheic dermatitis or pityriasis versicolor when topical treatment is ineffective.
