Description
Kifaru-100 Tablets (4’s Pack) are oral tablets containing Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg, manufactured by Shalina Laboratories Pvt Ltd, India. These tablets are approved by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) in Nigeria, with an approval date of March 29, 2021, and an expiry date of March 28, 2026 .
Indications:
Kifaru-100 is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), leading to increased blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. This facilitates the achievement and maintenance of an erection.
Dosage and Administration:
The recommended dose is 50 mg, taken approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. Depending on efficacy and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day
Side Effects:
Common side effects may include headaches, flushing, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, dizziness, and visual disturbances. Serious side effects are rare but can include priapism (prolonged erection), sudden vision loss, or hearing loss. Seek immediate medical attention if any of these occur.
Precautions:
Kifaru-100 should not be used in conjunction with nitrates or nitric oxide donors, as this can lead to a significant drop in blood pressure. Patients with cardiovascular conditions, liver or kidney impairment, or a history of priapism should consult a healthcare provider before use.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep out of reach of children.
