KOFED EXPECTORANT 100ML

Kofed Expectorant 100ml is a multi-action cough syrup designed to relieve symptoms of productive (chesty) cough, nasal congestion, and allergic reactions. It is commonly used in cases of upper respiratory tract infections where clearing mucus and easing breathing are essential.

Key Ingredients:

• Pseudoephedrine: A nasal decongestant that helps relieve stuffy nose and sinus pressure.

• Guaifenesin: An expectorant that thins and loosens mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up.

• Triprolidine: An antihistamine that reduces sneezing, runny nose, and other allergy-related symptoms.

Indications:

• Productive cough

• Nasal and sinus congestion

• Symptoms of allergic rhinitis

Dosage:

• Adults & children over 12 years: 10 ml, three times daily

• Children 6–12 years: 5 ml, three times daily

• Children 2–5 years: 2.5 ml, three times daily
  Shake well before use. Follow the doctor’s instructions.

Precautions:

• Not suitable for children under 2 years unless prescribed

• Use with caution in individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or thyroid conditions

• May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or alcohol
