Kofed Paediatric Syrup 100ml is a specially formulated cough syrup for children that provides effective relief from chesty (productive) cough, nasal congestion, and allergy-related symptoms. This multi-action syrup helps clear mucus from the airways while easing breathing and reducing irritation.

Key Ingredients:

• Pseudoephedrine: A decongestant that relieves nasal and sinus congestion.

• Guaifenesin: An expectorant that loosens and thins mucus, making it easier to cough up.

• Triprolidine: An antihistamine that controls sneezing, runny nose, and other allergy symptoms.

Indications:

• Productive cough

• Nasal congestion

• Symptoms of allergic rhinitis (sneezing, watery nose)

Dosage:

• Children 2–5 years: 2.5 ml, three times daily

• Children 6–12 years: 5 ml, three times daily

• Over 12 years (if advised by a doctor): 10 ml, three times daily
  Shake well before use. Follow medical advice for children under 2 years.

Precautions:

• Not suitable for children under 2 years unless prescribed

• Use with caution in children with heart, liver, or kidney conditions
