Koflyn Expectorant Mixed Fruits 100 ml is an over-the-counter cough syrup formulated to provide symptomatic relief from dry (non-productive) coughs, throat irritation, and bronchial congestion. It combines a blend of active ingredients to soothe the throat and support respiratory health.

Key Ingredients (per 5 ml):

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2.2 mg – An antihistamine that relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and throat irritation.

• Ammonium Chloride 110 mg – A mucolytic agent that helps loosen and thin mucus in the airways.

• Sodium Citrate 40 mg – An alkalinizing agent that helps reduce acidity in the respiratory tract.

• Menthol 1.1 mg – Provides a cooling effect that soothes throat irritation and reduces coughing.

Indications:

• Dry (non-productive) cough

• Throat irritation

• Bronchial congestion

Dosage:

• Adults: 15 ml, 4 times daily

• Children (6–12 years): 10 ml, 3 times daily

• Children (2–6 years): 5 ml, 3 times daily
