Description
MONTEL DT Tablets (30’s) are dispersible tablets formulated for the effective management of asthma and allergic rhinitis, especially in children and individuals who have difficulty swallowing conventional tablets. Each tablet contains Montelukast Sodium, a leukotriene receptor antagonist that works by blocking leukotrienes—substances in the body that cause airway inflammation, bronchoconstriction, and allergy symptoms.
The DT (Dispersible Tablet) form dissolves quickly in a small amount of water or directly on the tongue, making it easier to administer, particularly for pediatric or geriatric patients. MONTEL DT helps relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, coughing, nasal congestion, and sneezing. It is used for long-term control and prevention of asthma, as well as the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis.
This 30-tablet pack provides a convenient one-month supply for daily maintenance therapy. It is not intended for the treatment of sudden asthma attacks.
