Description

GULAIR Tablets (30’s) combine Montelukast Sodium and Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride to provide effective management of asthma and allergic conditions. This combination offers a dual-action approach by targeting both airway inflammation and allergic symptoms in a single, convenient once-daily tablet.

Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks leukotrienes, chemicals responsible for causing airway swelling and bronchoconstriction, helping control chronic asthma symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, and breathlessness. Levocetirizine is a non-sedating antihistamine that alleviates allergy symptoms including sneezing, nasal congestion, itching, and watery eyes.

GULAIR is suitable for adults and adolescents and is indicated for the maintenance treatment of asthma and relief of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. By combining these two active ingredients, GULAIR improves patient compliance and enhances symptom control.
