MONTELUKAST (MONTIKAST) 10mg Tablets (10’s) are designed for the long-term management of asthma and the relief of allergic rhinitis symptoms. Each tablet contains Montelukast Sodium 10mg, a leukotriene receptor antagonist that works by blocking leukotrienes—substances in the body that cause inflammation, airway narrowing, and allergy symptoms.
MONTIKAST 10mg helps control chronic asthma symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath, while also providing relief from seasonal allergic rhinitis symptoms including nasal congestion, sneezing, and itchy, watery eyes. It may also prevent exercise-induced bronchospasm.
This 10-tablet pack is ideal for short-term or trial treatment, offering a convenient supply for once-daily dosing. It is intended for adults and adolescents aged 15 years and older and should be taken regularly for optimal benefit. MONTIKAST is not suitable for the treatment of acute asthma attacks.
