Description

MORCET 10mg Tablets (14’s) contain Montelukast Sodium, a leukotriene receptor antagonist widely used for the management and prevention of asthma and allergic rhinitis symptoms. Montelukast works by blocking leukotrienes—chemical mediators responsible for airway inflammation, bronchoconstriction, and allergic reactions—thereby reducing symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath.

MORCET is indicated for adults and adolescents for the maintenance treatment of chronic asthma, helping to prevent asthma attacks and improve lung function. It is also effective in relieving symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, nasal congestion, and itchy, watery eyes.

This medication is intended for once-daily use and is not suitable for immediate relief of acute asthma attacks.
