Naloxone Injection is a life-saving emergency medication used to rapidly reverse the effects of opioid overdose, including respiratory depression, sedation, and loss of consciousness. It works by blocking opioid receptors in the brain, quickly restoring normal breathing in individuals who have overdosed on opioid medications such as morphine, heroin, fentanyl, or codeine.

Each unit contains a single-dose sterile solution of Naloxone, intended for intramuscular (IM), subcutaneous (SC), or intravenous (IV) administration by trained healthcare professionals or first responders. The fast onset of action makes it critical in emergency settings, including ambulances, emergency rooms, and overdose response kits.

Naloxone Injection is not a substitute for medical care—emergency medical assistance should always be sought immediately after its use. The effects of some opioids may outlast the action of naloxone, making repeat dosing necessary.
