ORAV-OZ 700mg Tablets (10’s) is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial formulation combining Ofloxacin and Ornidazole, designed to effectively treat mixed bacterial and protozoal infections. Each tablet contains Ofloxacin, a potent fluoroquinolone antibiotic, and Ornidazole, a nitroimidazole-class antimicrobial agent with strong action against protozoa and anaerobic bacteria.
ORAV-OZ is widely used in the treatment of gastrointestinal infections such as acute diarrhea, dysentery, amoebiasis, and other mixed infections of the gastrointestinal and urogenital tracts. The dual-action formula works by inhibiting bacterial DNA replication (Ofloxacin) and disrupting protozoal DNA (Ornidazole), providing comprehensive and rapid relief.
