OLME 40-AH Tablets (30’s) are a fixed-dose combination of Olmesartan Medoxomil 40mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg, designed for the effective management of moderate to severe hypertension. This dual-action therapy works by relaxing blood vessels and promoting excretion of excess salt and water, thereby lowering blood pressure and reducing cardiovascular risks.
Olmesartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), prevents blood vessel constriction, while Hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic, reduces fluid retention. Together, they offer enhanced blood pressure control for patients not adequately managed on monotherapy.
