ROVISTA EZ 5MG+10MG Tablets (30’s) combine Rosuvastatin Calcium 5mg and Ezetimibe 10mg to provide effective management of elevated cholesterol levels through a dual mechanism of action. This combination helps reduce LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and total cholesterol, supporting cardiovascular health and reducing the risk of heart disease.
Rosuvastatin, a statin, works by inhibiting the HMG-CoA reductase enzyme in the liver, which decreases cholesterol production. Ezetimibe complements this by blocking the absorption of cholesterol in the intestines, enhancing overall cholesterol reduction.
