TUMIVONO 10mg Tablets 14’s contain Domperidone 10mg, a prokinetic and antiemetic agent commonly used to relieve symptoms of nausea, vomiting, bloating, and discomfort caused by delayed gastric emptying (gastroparesis). It is also effective in managing nausea associated with medications or gastrointestinal disorders.
Domperidone works by blocking dopamine receptors in the gut and the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) in the brain. This action enhances gastrointestinal motility and accelerates the movement of food through the stomach, reducing feelings of fullness, bloating, and reflux.
